Thank you for bringing this to our attention, Jacob!

Agent 131711 on Substack has done an excellent job exposing the true contents of vitamins and other supplements. His findings were horrendous. Here's one such link which horrified me because, like many people, I always looked for "organic" supplements.

I currently use almost no supplements at this point. When I do, I know well who makes them and how. I also use supplements for a specific condition, and when results are achieve, I discontinue usage. I only use food sources or herbs. I've become extremely careful about the origin of "natural" products.

I mainly use Dr Mercola products due to the supplement companies sold out to Big Pharma and made in China, etc. So Yuck Jacob.

Exactly. I wouldn't by the brand of collagen that Jennifer Aniston promotes. If it's on TV, you better believe that it is owned by a huge corporation. I don't buy any food products that are advertised on TV for sure! The companies that have not been bought out are few and far between these days. Plus, I grow lots of my own food.

"You can purchase collagen and gelatin that has not been ultra-processed

(granted it is hard to find online), but those collagens and supplements

are golden brown and yellow, which indicates it is much natural and less treated. "

YES. Good decent unprocessed beef-source collagen can be found and

I find has benefits. Just IMHO and view of results not advice.

I like pure Beef Gelatin.

I probably have a can of some kind of collagen powder I would use as coffee creamer if the real thing was not around so I'll have to check. I rarely use it, but if it seems suspect I'll throw it out unless it would make a good soil conditioner. I haven't even had so much as a cold since around 2007 and heartburn is also pretty rare now, too. Thanks for the head up.

I guess I will not be buying them nor opening, it is a dangerous bottle of product if that is the terms of opening and using it. No end to disclaimers anymore,

From what I have seen the biggest side effect is what one will do when they see the price or get the bill. or the list of the side effects, for anything medicinal, as in be in dire need of a toilet.

Another thing I just found is not to accept 'COOKIES' when going onto a website. It may have some legal ramifications somewhere down the line. When you go onto a web site and a pop up menu comes up that does not let you continue further unless you accept these "cookies", just don't accept them. Who wants to go onto a web site where you have to go through any kind of hoop to get to a site that probably has useless information anyway. I always thought "cookies" meant something different in cyber land anyway.

I never accept cookies, ever. but thank you for that advice.

They just want to tag you so they can send advertising and get your location.

Good Advice.
